What a morning we had...

Hitting = bloody nose for me

kicking = bruised shins for me

spitting = slap in the face for her while i was trying to block the spit from hitting my face

swearing = vinegar to the swearer when she got home

phone call to hubby = either come get her or I'm calling social services to come get her = Emilee begging for 1 more chance to be good.

He came and got her.

I'm going to kill you tonight - I hate you - You're mean - I'm going to kill you tonight - I hate you - You're mean - You are a F***ing A** Mom! = a new cd player for me and a really cool Hannah Montana cd and lots of other cool new christmas presents that are currently taken away.

This all took place in the waiting room of the dentist office AFTER she had her teeth cleaned.

Yep - a "normal" day in my life. DO I trust to leave her home with a babysitter tonight???

Wow. No I wouldn't leave her with a sitter. You could send her to me but you are miles away. I am in AZ and you in ND I assume

You never know... she could act like the Perfect Angel for a babysitter she doesn't know well! Kids who have behavior problems at home or school are often great at charming the pants off of strangers!

Oh no...I'm so sorry she's been a handful (understatement) lately. I wish I had some ass-vice, but I don't!
Just let me know when you want those drinks! :)

Hey Jody, I'm just catching up after being out of town. RE: phone call to your husband, I want to share what Regina Kupecky said when we heard her speak once. If you call in reinforcements, so to speak, they view that as weakness in you and will hit you w/ more. FWIW, as I myself often want to call in help. ;-)

Hope you can find a good babysitter.

Angela :-)
